How we work
From the first click to pick-up: everything digital, but always personal. And because that is how bikers are, we are on first-name terms from day one: #perdu.
Book a visit
Pick a day online. We confirm in person.
Drop off your bike
In the morning when we open or the day before, also via our key safe.
Stay in the loop
Questions and approvals reach you by text or email, always sent by a person.

Your bikes, MOT dates, service history and invoices in one place.
Pick up
Sign digitally, pay cashless, ride off.

Book a visit
You only pick the day, no time slot needed. Bring your bike in the morning when we open or the day before. We get back to you once we have confirmed your request.
